The BKU Awards 2017 is on track to being the biggest and best yet. The response from the industry this year has been outstanding, with 405 individual entries and nominations submitted at the end of March. With voting now well and truly underway, there has been an incredible show of support from all of those who have had their say so far.
Final chance to vote
With voting closing in a few days, you don’t have long left to select your winners. Competition in each category is tight, with only a few votes differentiating the entries in the lead. Make sure you vote for the retailers, brands and individuals that you believe have gone above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and have shown true innovation in the bathroom and kitchen industry to distinguish the best from the rest.
The newest sponsors to join the line-up are Compusoft and EQ Software, jointly sponsoring Bathroom Showroom of the Year. Stephan Temmerman, CEO of the Compusoft Group and managing director for UK operations, said: “Compusoft and EQ Software are pleased to be sponsors at such a prestigious event for the industry, and wish all the contestants the best of luck.”
Commenting on the phenomenal response from the sector so far, event and publication manager Carl Hearnden said: “The amount of votes we have had makes it clear that people in the industry support each other and are determined to see hard work and success rewarded.
“People really value what the BKU Awards represents and our unique online voting process allows the industry to make their voice heard and choose their winners. This truly is an Awards for the people.”
How it works
It’s easy to vote in the BKU Awards. All you need to do is fill in a secure online voting form on the website to have your say in deciding who should be the winner of a prestigious accolade in each category. Please note:
- Only members of the industry can vote – consumer votes will not be counted.
- Only one vote is allowed per category, per person.
- Multiple votes from one person (or excessive votes [50+] from one company) will be discounted.
- The Lifetime Achievement Award is exempt from the voting process; this category will be decided independently by an expert judging panel.
The online voting process will produce five finalists in the each category, with the winners being those who have attracted the most votes overall.
