In response to high industry feedback the fifth outing of the BKU Awards will see its winners revealed at a glamorous luncheon, taking place at The Pavilion at The Tower of London on Thursday 20 June 2019.

The move to a lunchtime event will allow the Awards to be even more representative of the industry which it serves, as noted by business director Carl Hearnden: “This year’s event received incredible feedback from the industry but we are always looking to develop the Awards in line with what the industry wants and needs.”

“We appreciate that it is difficult to take time away from work, so by moving the Awards to a luncheon format it minimises the time required out of the office – making it easier for more industry professionals to attend which, as a result, maximises networking opportunities.”

The Pavilion at The Tower of London will provide a spectacular backdrop for an afternoon of celebration and boasts excellence transport links. The venue’s central location also means guests can enjoy unlimited opportunities to continue the post-awards party and network in the heart of the city.

Entries open Monday 17 December

The BKU Awards is now in its fifth year and has become an established event on the industry calendar, setting itself apart from other awards schemes with its simple ethos: your industry, your choice.

From start to finish, the full power is placed in the hands of individuals within the KBB market.

Entries will open on Monday 17 December and companies will be invited to submit an entry into a range of categories spanning the breadth of the industry. In the spirit of celebrating success and sharing in it, they will also be encouraged to support other hard-working businesses and individuals by nominating them for an award.

Subject to meeting the necessary criteria, each entry and nomination will proceed to the decision making stage – and who could be better qualified to choose the winners than those that work in the sector day in, day out?

The BKU Awards tried-and-tested voting system allows industry professionals to make their voices heard, producing a shortlist in each category and ultimately one winner – the recipient of the highest number of votes – that will be revealed at the awards luncheon.
